Click "Create Your Glow Account" below or use the floating gold Glow Account badge in the bottom-right of any page on biopluslaser.com. Sign up takes about a minute.
Confirm your email
Follow the link in the confirmation email we send you. Your Welcome Bonus of 100 points will be added to your account once your email is confirmed.
Shop and start earning
Make sure you are signed in when you shop. Points are added to your account automatically within 24 hours. If you accidentally check out as a guest with the same email as your member account, we will still apply your points.

How to redeem your Glow Points
You can redeem your points in increments of 100 at a time. If you have 350 points, you can use up to 300 points (a $30 value) on your next purchase, and the remaining 50 stay in your account for next time.
Find the Glow Account badge
Find the floating gold badge in the bottom-right corner of any page on biopluslaser.com. It shows the BioPlus B icon on mobile and reads "The Glow Account" on desktop.
Redeem your points
Click the badge to open your Glow Account. Select "Redeem My Points" and choose how many points you want to use. We will generate a one-time use promo code for that value.
Apply at checkout
Either copy and paste the code into the discount field at checkout, or click "Apply Code" to discount your current cart automatically. That is it.
What your points are worth
Glow Points are equivalent to 10% of your purchase value before taxes. Every $1 spent earns 1 point.
- 100 points = $10 in rewards
- 200 points = $20 in rewards
- 300 points = $30 in rewards
- 500 points = $50 in rewards

Is there a fee to join The Glow Account?
No. The Glow Account is free to join. There are no enrollment fees, no annual fees, and no minimum purchase requirements.
How do I earn points?
You earn 1 point for every $1 spent on biopluslaser.com. Points are added to your Glow Account within 24 hours of your purchase. You can also earn bonus points by signing up, following us on Instagram, sharing your birthday, and referring friends.
What can I redeem points on?
Points can be redeemed for discounts on medical-grade skincare products in our online store, including Colorescience, EltaMD, SkinCeuticals, Vivier Skin Pharma, and ZO Skin Health. Points are not currently redeemable on in-clinic treatments or services. We are working to expand this in the future.
How do points convert to dollars?
100 points equals $10 in rewards. So 200 points equals $20, 300 points equals $30, and so on. Points can be redeemed in increments of 100, meaning if you have 350 points, you can redeem up to 300 points (a $30 value) on your next order, and the remaining 50 points stay in your account for next time.
How do I redeem my points?
Click the floating gold Glow Account badge with the BioPlus B icon in the bottom-right corner of biopluslaser.com. Select "Redeem My Points" to generate a one-time use promo code, then apply it at checkout. Or click "Apply Code" to automatically discount your current cart.
Do my points expire?
Points expire 24 months after the month they were earned, but only if your account has had no activity during that time. Any qualifying purchase, redemption, or earned bonus resets the clock. As long as you remain an active member, your points stay.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Canada-wide shipping is free on orders of $150 or more (before taxes). Orders under $150 ship at a flat rate of $10 within Canada.
Can I combine my points with other promo codes?
Glow Account points cannot be combined with manual promo codes at checkout, but they do stack with active site-wide sales and automatic checkout discounts, so you can earn and redeem during our promotional events.

I was a member of The One Skin Clinic. Will I lose my points?
No. Your account history and accumulated points transfer cleanly into The Glow Account. Sign in with the same email address you used at theoneskinclinic.com and your balance will be there.
Can I gift or transfer my points to someone else?
Points are tied to your personal Glow Account and cannot be transferred or sold. If you want to give skincare as a gift, BioPlus gift cards can be purchased at any time and used by anyone.
What happens if I return a product?
If you return a product, the points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your Glow Account. This may result in a temporary negative balance until you earn more points or your refund is processed in full.
