Returns and Exchanges:

Once orders have been fulfilled and shipped, they are considered final sale.

Products that have been opened from their original packaging and/or used, may not be returned or exchanged. Products that are unopened and sealed in their original packaging may be returned for an exchange at equal value.

Returning unopened, sealed products for an exchange:

To return unused products to The One Skin Clinic for an exchange, please follow these easy steps:

• Step 1: Pack the items securely for transit along with a copy of your Order Number & email.

• Step 2: Return shipping fees are paid at your expense.  Please note: return shipping fees are not refundable. We suggest you return via Canada Post. Please mark your shipping label as “exchange” and address to:

• Step 3: We will contact you once your skincare products have been received.  The items will then be inspected to ensure they are undamaged, and we will process your exchange.   Note:  exchange orders with a total cost of less than $150 will be subject to a new $10 flat-rate shipping fee, and orders greater than $150 will receive free shipping.

Our products are medical grade, and of the highest quality.  As such we stand behind them. If you are experiencing any troubling issues, an adverse or allergic reaction, we encourage you to contact us for a resolution. Information can be found on our “contact us” page.

Our Response to Covid-19

Each of our orders are hand inspected and packaged securely by a dedicated member of our team. Shipping and handling are completed with strict adherence to our Covid-19 protocols. These include securing our products in a sterilized environment, and interacting with your shipment only while wearing masks, and medical-grade gloves.
