Becoming a member allows you to earn rewards points on every dollar you spend towards your favourite medical grade skincare products + benefit from some amazing perks!

USING YOUR MEMBERSHIP:


Every time you shop with us, you are eligible to receive the equivalent of 10% in cash-back rewards points for every dollar spent on skincare products!

These rewards points can be redeemed towards your next purchase on our online-store, as well as in-store for skincare products!

  • STEP 1) 
    Register for an account it's free to join!
  • STEP 2) 
    Follow the steps in the account registration email to confirm your account
  • STEP 3) 
    Ensure you are logged-in to the membership portal before you shop.
    *If you accidentally forgot to sign in before shopping, don't worry!   As long as you checked out using the same email address as your membership, we will automatically apply points for the value of your purchase to your account!
  • STEP 4) 
    Locate and click on the floating gold 'rewards' button located at the bottom right of the screen to track and redeem the points you've earned!  In this rewards menu
  • STEP 5) 
    Select 'redeem my points' to generate a unique one-time use code for the value of points you want to apply to your purchase.
    *You can either copy + paste your rewards promo code into the discount  field at checkout -OR- simply click 'apply code' to automatically discount your current shopping cart at checkout.


DIFFERENT WAYS TO EARN POINTS:

There are 5 different ways you are able to earn points:
  1. Earn 1 point for every $1 (one dollar) spent on the store
  2. Follow us on Instagram: Earn a bonus 50 points!Welcome Bonus:
  3. Earn 100 points, eligible for instant redemption!
  4. Celebrate your birthday with a bonus: 250 points!
  5. Refer your friends! Both of you earn a $10 promo code!



    HOW TO REDEEM YOUR POINTS:

    You can redeem your points in increments of 100 points at a time:
    i.e. If you have 310 points, you can redeem a maximum of 300 points on your next purchase ($30 discount), and the remaining 10 points are saved to your account for next time.
    Rewards button is at bottom of your screen:
    Simply locate and click on the floating gold ‘rewards’ button located at the bottom-right of the screen (it looks like a shopping bag at the bottom right on your mobile device). This is where you can view and use your rewards account to track your balance and cash out your points for discounts at checkout.

    Apply your points at checkout:
    Now you will be able to select 'redeem my points' to generate a unique one-time use code for the value of points you want to apply to your purchase.
    *You can either copy + paste your rewards promo code into the discount  field at checkout -OR- simply click 'apply code' to automatically discount your current shopping cart at checkout.  EASY!

    Point Redemption Examples:
      • Customer A has 99 points: This customer cannot yet redeem any points
      • Customer B has 399 points:  This customer can redeem a maximum of 300 points on their next transaction (a $30 value), once they get to 400 points, they will be able to redeem all 400 as they are now in the 400-tier.
      • Point redemption cannot be combined with any other discount codes, but it can still be used when a promotion provides an automatic discount at checkout.


    THE VALUE OF YOUR POINTS:

    The One Membership Rewards points are equivalent to 10% of your purchase value before taxes.   1 dollar spent = 1 point earned.
    Examples of how much your points are worth:
    • 100 points = $10 in reward
    • 200 points = $20 in rewards
    • 300 points = $30 in rewards
      …and so on!
    *During specific periods, the rate of rewards you can earn may be increased for additional benefit!


    Program Perks:

    1. Welcome Bonus! We provide a free 100-point bonus for signing up and becoming a member of The One Skin Clinic, which may be used towards your first purchase (a $10 value)
    2. Follow us on Instagram! We provide a free 50-point bonus for following us on Instagram and staying in touch with the latest buzz at The One Skin (a $5.00 value)!  Receive your perk by clicking the Instagram option in the 'rewards' tab
    3. We Celebrate Birthdays! We provide a free 250-point bonus on our customer’s birthdays as a thank you for being a member of the One Skin Clinic, (a $25.00 value)!  Enter your birthday once you have created your account in the 'rewards' tab.
    4. Free Shipping! Free Canada-wide shipping on orders over $150. 
      * $10 flat-rate for Canada-wide shipping on orders under $150 CAD)
    5. Referral Bonus! Send your friends a referral code for $10 off their next purchase of $100 or more, and you receive a $10 code to use towards your next purchase of $100 or more – groovy baby!

    2. Program details may be subject to change without notice
    3. Fraudulent use of the program, or a violation of our acceptable terms of use will result in the termination of your membership account, and the reduction of all accumulated points. 
    4. Free Shipping:  We offer free Canada-wide shipping on orders over $150. 
      *A $10 flat-rate is charged for Canada-wide shipping on orders under $150 CAD before taxes / fees.
    5. Point cannot be redeemed in combination with another promo code.   They may however be used when items are automatically discounted at checkout.
