A: You must visit us within 6 months (the same date of the month, in 6 months) to redeem your purchase for your treatment. 

Q: How do I refer a friend to buy the Glow & Tell Club Card making sure that I get my bonus re-activation on my own card after they do?
A: It's easy! Simply contact us and let us know your friends name, and email, we will confirm the order details & add your bonus treatment to your club card within 1 - 2 business days!

Q: How many friends and family members can I refer to purchase the club card once I have bought mine?
A: Unlimited! Refer as many friends as you like, and each one re-activates your club card so that you can choose another one of the 5 options for yourself! Just be sure to visit within your card's original 6 month activation window.

Q: If I refer a friend & they purchase themselves a Glow & Tell Club Card, will I have to make any additional purchases in order to re-activate my club card?

A: No, your Glow & Tell Club Card is active for 6 months from the date of purchase only, and you must use all your own treatment, including referral treatments within your card's 6 months activation window. After 6 months, your card will expire & no longer be usable.
